This is a proposal of the quality improvement equipped with the flux dispensing tool and the soldering tool that improves the trouble such as wet shortages of solder because of the oxidation of PCB (The stay is unstable) and the compound machine that contributes with stability.

New conception fluxer, monbit original our company that decreases the dirt that often happens when flux is dispensing, and fills flux surely in a through hall is installed.

Until now the robot which 2 is units necessary was gathered and summarized in 1 by uniting Fluxing tool and the soldering tool!!

Capital investment of making to the compound is suppressed by introducing this, and it contributes to the miniaturization.

To manage only one robot makes possibility to reduce skill acquisition and maintenance man-hour.

CUSTOMIZE

The robot can be produced with the size of customer's requirement. ( as for L size board etc.)

This can be installed also in MINIMAXⅡ, MINICROSS and MCROSS Moreover, remodeling is also possible.
